A Trade House "Belarus" will be opened in Chelyabinsk.

A working team headed by the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Belarus, Valentin Chekanov, and consisted of the representatives of the Ministries, Concerns and state organizations of the Republic visited Chelyabinsk in June, 2009. In the result of the visit the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Belarus reached the agreement with the Minister of Economic development of Chelyabinsk region on creation of the Belarusian trade house in Chelyabinsk.

The Decision of the Council of Ministers of the republic of Belarus No 1619 dd. December 11, 2009 amended the Regulations of Retail Trade of Certain Goods and Catering approved by the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the republic of Belarus No 384 dd. April 7, 2004. According to the amendments a seller is obliged to place the information about consumer attributes of loose goods in a suitable place and to specify a country of origin of a product on price tags.

Concept of advertising market development in the Republic of Belarus has been approved

The Decision of the Council of Ministers of the republic of Belarus No 2 dd. January 4, 2010 approved the Concept of advertising market development in the Republic of Belarus till the year of 2014 (in Russian).
