Alterations into the Procedure of Advertising Games Registration in Belarus have been introduced |

The Decree will take effect in three months after it has been officially published. All the advertising games started before the Decree takes effect, should end in accordance with the rules in effect.

Polotsk Town Executive Committee is looking for investors for implementation of the investment project on hypermarket construction in Polotsk. Two building lands at choice are proposed for hypermarket construction. The proposed lands with the total area of 9.1 and 10.5 hectares are situated on transportational routes of Polotsk, Novopolotsk and big towns of Polotsk region.

The way of documents completion for state registration of advertising games has been changed |

New forms of applications on state registration of advertising game rules, on state registration of advertising game committee membership, on state registration of amount and composition of a prize fund, on state registration of amendments and (or) alterations of the advertising game rules and on registration of advertising game committee membership change have been introduced in connection with the entry into force on May 12, 2009 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No 433-3 dd. October 28, 2008 "On the Basis of Administrative Procedures" (in Russian). Moreover, the Decision of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus No 28 dd. May 8, 2009 “On Some Issues Concerning Carrying out by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of Administrative Procedures for Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” revoked the Decision of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus No 11 dd. February 26, 2003 “On Approval of Instructions of the Way of State Registration of Advertising Games”.
